Mein Europa Oder We Are (In) Europe

Through three artists – Imre Bukta (Hungary), Isabela Grosseova (Czech Republic) and Marjeta Godler (Slovenia) – the exhibition shows in an original way how we in Europe are connected by our common roots. Each of the authors, together with the organiser and creator Monika Migl Frühling, works for three days in the place where their ancestor lived. The project lasted one year and was supported by a Margret Bilger grant. The project was presented in December 2004 at the AFO (Architekturforum Oberösterreich) in Linz in the form of a video presenting the artistic process on site and as an exhibition in the gallery.
